We accept Visa, MasterCard, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Please check with your bank to make sure your card is valid for online purchases. Visa and Mastercard are verified by a secure code. The order amount will be held on your card once your order has been placed. Your card will be charged as soon as your order is confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse. Please be aware that your bank or card issuer may reserve the money, meaning that you can't use it for a short period.

To ensure your information is kept private, we do not store any payment information in our database. A Beautiful Store reserves the right to delay any order if we suspect further security control is needed.

 

Return & Exchange

NO REFUND AND EXCHANGE for all item except an incorrect merchandise is sent to customer. We embrace handcraft and imperfection, especially our curated objects and tablewares. We carefully inspect all items before shipping out and make sure there is no defect items. If damage of packaging occur, please report to courier and claim refund. UPS is liable for loss or damage for up to US$100 at no extra cost.

In case if you received the incorrect item(s), please email to info.abeautifulstore@gmail.com within 24 hours and we will prepare the return shipping label for you. Please print out the documents and arrange the pickup with your local UPS office. Please ensure that the item(s) is in original condition, original packaging and with the original tags attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.

 

Duties and Taxes

Taxes and duties are not included in the final purchase price during checkout. The recipient is responsible for paying all customs and clearance related duty/tax, which is based on the full purchase price paid for this order (as reflected on the commercial invoice). Should the package be refused at the point of delivery the order will be charged a return shipping fee as well as the duties and taxes incurred on the shipment.

We dispatch orders within 3 working days from the date that we receive your order and credit verification has been confirmed.

Delivery charges are calculated at the checkout stage based on the estimated size and weight of your items.

Please note: Peak season like Christmas, remote locations & pandemic situation may affect delivery time and take longer than usual. Delivery times quoted are subject to product availability. We use a signature required service therefore we recommend supplying a physical address. We do not ship to a PO Box address.
